Q: Can I see the video remotely?
A: The application allows you to monitor your home from anywhere in the world up to 1080P image quality on both Android and IOS devices. Two-way voice is also supported. This must be set up on your Home Wi-fi network to enable this feature.
Q: How to set up a patrol?
A: This doesn't scan and build maps due to privacy reasons. It follows a pre-programmed path by the user using the App. An open space has a higher chance to complete patrol. If there are too many obstacles, the robot could give up and try to return to the charger.
