Q: How to use the disconnect tong?

A: 

  1.  Slide the tong over the fitting and the pipe. 
  2. Squeeze the tong to press the collar of the fitting.
  3. And then pull the pipe from the fitting.

Q: How to use the Deburr and Gauge Tool?

A:

  1. Use the depth gauge to draw a pencil line on the outside of the pipe. (The line shows how far the pipe should be pushed)
  2. Then push the pipe into the universal fitting. (While twisting it deburrs the pipe)

Quick and easy

I can see myself carrying this little guy around for most routine push to connect changes. It's essentially self-sizing, so you just set it in place and squeeze with one hand and draw the tube out with the other.

Worked on old brass fittings
